May – 3 on 3 Team Singles

May 29-31, 2025: 3 on 3 Championship!

Team Singles will play on Thursday the 29th, starting at 3pm or later. (Start times announced no later than May 23rd)

Singles is genderless, open for men or women to enter, for this event.

Tournament will operate as follows:

Double Elimination Format:

Winner’s Bracket is a best 4/7 games. Every singles player on your 3-person team plays a 2-game match against the opponent. After those 6 games are complete, if it’s tied 3-3, then those same matchups each play a 3rd game and the tie-breaker is based on a best 2/3 games in that final round. Each team will blindly select a Singles-1, Singles-2 & Singles-3 player from their team and will play against the other team’s matching S1, S2 & S3 player.

Loser’s Bracket is rally scoring to 21 in a rotational singles format. Similar to an old MLP Dreambreaker, players rotate every 5 points. Each team blindly assigns an S1, S2 & S3 player for the lineup. Leading team freezes on game point and must win on a serve. Trailing team freezes at 19 and once both teams are frozen every point must be won on a serve.
